What is a Parent Cafe?
A Parent Cafe is a supportive and judgment-free gathering where parents and caregivers can come together to share experiences, worries, and wisdom. These cafés are designed to:
-- Build community and reduce isolation.
-- Strengthen relationships and foster connections.
-- Enhance leadership skills and link families to resources.
-- Offer parents a space to focus on themselves.
