JOB TITLE: Director of System Building

SALARY: $65,000/annual

Summary: A dynamic, self-initiating, detailed-oriented person is needed to provide facilitative, administrative, and technical support to stakeholders and workgroups in advancing strategies. This person will be responsible for managing complex projects, equipping and supporting stakeholders in facilitating building processes, and helping to inspire commitment and action throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Three Core Areas:
Learning and Development – Capacity Building and Technical Assistance
Systems Building Facilitation – Ongoing Project Management and Leadership
General Operations Support – Administrative Duties
Additional qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with a related area of study.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years professional leadership experience in systems building related work, project management, administration, non-profit, marketing, communications, group facilitation, or similar role.

Working Conditions:
Frequent work in a stressful environment. Frequent telephone and computer use. Use of manual dexterity required for writing and computer use. Adequate hearing to engage in prolonged conversations in person and on the phone. Able to sit for extended periods of time. Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Independently mobile with the possibility of climbing stairs. May be required to stand for long periods of time. Some travel, both by car and by air, may be required. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
