QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of previous, relevant payroll experience, or CPP certified
Excellent problem solving capabilities
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
ADP experience, preferred
Ellucian Banner software knowledge, preferred
Proficiency in working with Windows, database driven systems, and report-writing software
Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, while handling multiple tasks with an excellent attention to detail
Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a team
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and promote a positive working environment, spirit of cooperation and positive reactions to change and conflict resolution
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, which transcend diverse audiences
