Working from our Grand Rapids Campus, this position serves as an HR Analyst in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This position has a focus on HR data analytics and reporting, providing analysis and recommendations regarding benefits, compensation and hiring trends and working as a liaison with our IT partners to help create and sustain best in class HRIS systems, websites and functionality. This position will focus as part of the HR team on partnership both in the department and throughout the university as needed for performance management, compensation, hiring or other special projects. COMPENSATION RANGE: $50,000-$55,000 Actual pay offered will be commensurate with candidate qualifications and experience, and pay equity both internal and external.
