What you will do:
- Provide GREAT customer service, anticipating and exceeding stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Develop and lead execution of short- and long-term strategic marketing communications plans.
- Assist with planning, development, execution and measuring the results of marketing projects.
- Develop metrics on lead generation and conversion rates in order for the University to achieve its enrollment goals
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal departments such as admissions, academics, enrollment, etc.
- Train student employees.
- Demonstrate and promote the university cultural values.
- Understand and abide by all external and internal regulations and policies. This includes NCAA, GLIAC and national affiliations associated within athletics or other role specific regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, advertising or communications focus preferred.
• Three to five year’s successful experience in marketing or communications. Higher education experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Copywriting experience a plus.
• Examples of creative campaigns that generated results.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite required. Experience with database and marketing email software preferred. Salesforce and Pardot experience a plus.
• Ability to effectively plan, develop goals, meet deadlines and accomplish goals while prioritizing workloads.
• Great relationships building skills.
